Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

We do our best to ship your package on the following working day, however please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP -  At Monika's Grooming ( 3an Corneal, Pier Rd, Barna, Co Galway. H91V6KV)

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am-3pm except Thursdays and Sundays . An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please let us know before you'd like to come and pick up your items.

SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days. Please note delivery time to UK is rougly 7-10 working days at the moment.

Please note: Buyer is responsible to cover any import taxes and Duties.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition with Original packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hyponic.ireland@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
