Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms below.

Your Right to Cancel (EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting us at info@hyponic.ie.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.

We will refund the full purchase price of the returned items using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Original shipping charges will also be refunded where required by law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unopened and in their original condition;

  • Returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories;

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund if the value of the goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made products;

  • Sealed hygiene products once they have been opened after delivery;

  • Perishable goods;

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

To request a return, please contact us at info@hyponic.ie with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
